Our main lake effect snow band moved into LaPorte County last night as expected and is now shifting slightly westward into eastern Porter County.

Roads are snow covered once you hit Rt 421 from Michigan City to Westville to Wanatah and the problems stretch east through La Porte and Kingsford Heights before improving again towards South Bend.

Expect a snow go in LaPorte County with deteriorating road conditions in eastern Porter County as this snow slowly shifts into your area.
