Lake effect snow showers continue across the Region but should remain on the lighter side until finally winding down early Friday. The more intense lake effect bands moved into LaPorte County earlier this morning and accumulated quickly causing travel impacts for that morning rush hour. Here are some of the totals coming out of mainly LaPorte County:
