Good Tuesday morning everyone–how are we doing? The stretch of high heat and humidity continues today through Thursday with afternoon heat indices, or what it feels like, approaching the 105 mark. The heat will begin to back off this weekend all dependent on storm timing. By next week, the humidity will remain high, but our temps will back off a bit as a frontal boundary makes its way into the Region. Keep in mind, these multiple day stretches of high heat and humidity are where we have problems with those cumulative affects on our bodies–take care of yourself and others!
