Our initial line of storms is moving in with heavier downpours and pockets of lightning. Nothing severe with this line, it’s the second line way back in southern Illinois we’ll have to watch—there is more shear present as that line is closer to the actual low pressure and that won’t move in until this evening. Until then, we’ll have a soggy late afternoon and commute home.
