Let’s start with today–the cold front has moved through and temps will slowly tumble through the 60s the rest of the day. Rain will come and go as this system better organizes to our east. Winds will also pick up, especially lakeside where a Lakeshore Flood Advisory has been issued due to increasing wave heights today.

By tonight into Wednesday this low pressure really gets going to our east. Winds will become quite gusty and we’ll likely see rain move back into the Region from the east. Waves will increase into the 12-18 foot range causing lakeshore flooding in those traditional spots along our lakeshore.
The rain could be heavy at times depending on exactly where the low goes and flooding could become an issue for some. Temps will remain on the chilly side in the 50s and low 60s Wednesday! Stay tuned!
