The humidity will lay on thick through the weekend as we remained locked into a tropical airmass. A cold front will sweep through the Great Lakes late this weekend into the beginning of next week–but with a hurricane likely to make landfall somewhere along the Gulf Coast–this will push that tropical airmass back north preventing any noticeably drier, more comfortable air from getting here until perhaps late next week.
