Isolated storms continue to slowly trudge east and a bit southeast as they move into the northern suburbs of Chicago with a lingering boundary of just some brief downpours moving through the western suburbs. We have NO severe thunderstorm or tornado warnings with this right now as there has been a general weakening trend. We’ll continue to watch these storms closely as we still have some time before this boundary reaches us and given how unstable the air is to our west, it wouldn’t take much to fire additional activity up. Trends have been leaning in our favor though to keep the severe weather at bay.
