Sun Returns, Cool Wind Today

Our departing area of low pressure will give way to decreasing clouds and a cool breeze off the lake today. Highs will struggle to reach 50 by the lake, but will easily reach into the upper 50s to near 60 further south. Expect mainly clear skies and COLD conditions tonight leading to areas of FROST. Several Rounds of Rain/Storms Through Saturday Night

A frontal boundary is sagging to the south this afternoon (Thursday) and will stall and eventually lift back north as a warm front late Saturday. While it remains stalled, several waves of low pressure will roll along that boundary bringing periods of rain and storms in between dry hours.
