Do You “Feel” Storms Moving In? Migraines?

We chatted about this in detail last night on our broadcast, but this low pressure moving in tomorrow is a strong one. The result is a huge area of stronger winds around the system and more personally, this system will be felt by migraine sufferers and those that “feel” storms moving in. (achy joints, muscles, etc).

Weather-wise we’ll bring rounds of downpours through here all day tomorrow (Tuesday) with thunder possible late tomorrow through tomorrow night. Overall we’re expecting a half inch to over an inch of rain. Our frost depth has improved a bit, so some of this will soak in rather than go right into rivers and streams…but not all of it like it would in the summer. Winds will also be quite gusty tomorrow with gusts around 40 mph at times (perhaps higher in more organized downpours) and then they’ll turn gusty again on the backside of this entire system once temps drop late Wednesday into Wednesday night.

The final component of this thing is the snow. While we don’t WANT to talk about this–we’re still looking at wind-driven snow showers Wednesday night through early Thursday. As we mentioned in our broadcast last night, we’re not looking at a ton of snow, but we’ll likely end up with a fresh coating to an inch or so just to remind us winter isn’t quite done.
