FROZEN 3: NORTHWEST INDIANA THIS MORNING

Cold. Just cold. The wind isn’t helping the cause with wind chills well below zero this morning. We’ll back that wind off this afternoon with sunshine giving way to increasing clouds. A weak system will glide by to our south and may spread a few snow showers in our southern counties but most of us will just deal with cloudy skies this afternoon. Stay warm folks!
