Our last few showers are hanging on to portions of LaPorte County but will be outbound shortly and we’ll begin to clear our skies out and cool down into the 40s tonight. The winners in the rainfall department today? Northern Newton and Jasper counties saw a narrow corridor that picked up half an inch of rain and then another pocket from Westville to LaPorte picked up right around a half an inch of rain. The rest of us didn’t see much so we’ll be watering those gardens from here!
