What a difference between east vs west with this system as that sharp cutoff line between snow/no snow went right through Lake County! Look at the difference in our 3-5 inch totals for the Region vs areas like Gary, Whiting, and even Hammond which received very little in terms of snow! This all fell in the matter of an afternoon which is why we had so many issues on area roadways!
