Take a look at the evolution of this area of low pressure–the same strong low that brought flooding rains and blizzard conditions to California late last week! As the low continues to spiral through the Region, another round of heavy downpours is expected with a few thunderstorms later this morning before we begin to dry out a bit. Temps will remain in the 50s today before scaling back this afternoon. Meanwhile those gusty winds aren’t going anywhere with gusts over 30 mph expected to continue, even on the back side of this system later today.
