You made it to Friday evening–congrats NWI! The weekend is here. Lake effect snows have continued across portions of the Region and are shifting eastward out of Lake County into Porter County as of 6:30pm. If you’re heading out this evening, we’re expecting this eastward trend continue before we bring in drier air overnight which should shut any remaining lake snow down. It will be cold outside of the snowbelt with temps dropping into the low to mid 20s by tomorrow morning.
