A storm system will push out of the western US into the central Plains this week bringing a push of milder air out ahead of it. We get to reap the benefits of that with highs pushing into the 40s through Wednesday! We’ll have to watch this storm system as it moves through Thursday into Friday as the potential for accumulating snow exists after rain changes over to some snow once the cold air arrives. Details will be ironed out over the next 24-48 hours, but keep late Thursday into Friday in your mind as a potential tricky travel day.
