We’re in the final stages of this week-long low pressure system moving through as colder air is now in progress of filtering into NWI. We’ll kick off on and off snow showers this afternoon all the way through Friday night and while we’re still not expecting a lot of snow from this system, the most organized of snow showers could produce bursts of snow with gusty winds causing localized slick travel in a matter of minutes. These “gusty” snow showers will be mainly daytime driven and will temps in the 30s (and eventually 20s), it will begin to feel more winter-like outside by this evening!
