A strong area of low pressure will make its way through the Region late Friday into Saturday with that line of gusty rain that we talked about in our Region Weather LIVE Tuesday evening–it will also come with some strong winds! Gusts could exceed 45 mph at times, especially Saturday as the rain approaches and moves through. Making weekend plans already? We should clear things out later in the day Saturday with easing winds expected by evening. Sunday looks good at this point!
