A strong cold front is on the way later today with a brief hit of much cooler air to end our work-week. You’ll notice the shift of the winds this afternoon with our southwest wind this morning becoming a gusty north wind and delivering some much cooler air by evening. Temps should still top out in the low 70s before the cold front hits early this afternoon–so there’s that! We stay chilly tonight and tomorrow with lake effect rain showers. Area-wide frost is then expected this weekend as we bring in a settling high pressure system but we’ll have our sunshine back!
