Model guidance is picking up on the complex of storms nicely this morning, but it differs in what happens next. The latest HRRR guidance is suggesting the storms continue to develop and move JUST north of the Region (an option we covered in last night’s Region Weather LIVE broadcast). In fact, most guidance is trending just to our north–but it’s still too close to call from a local perspective. We’ll lean towards the optimistic forecast, but if it does head a few miles further south, the timing of midday-early afternoon still looks appropriate. We’ll continue to have updates for you as we head throughout the morning!
