This massive area of low pressure is now heading south and west–the opposite direction you’d need if you’re hoping a storm system will leave the US. As a result, we’ll be stuck with this swirling low through Saturday with on & off downpours along with an introduction to snowflakes tonight into tomorrow. Once this system leaves, we’ll quickly rebound back to spring-like levels with thunderstorm chances taking over the forecast starting Monday.
