Bursts of snow continue to move through the Region with a wintry mix of freezing rain, some sleet, and snow further south. Roadways are slick, especially the untreated roads with a coating of slush and snow in many locations.

Activity will wane overnight as this system slides east, but as we mentioned in our earlier post—slick travel is likely overnight with some residual effects for those participating in the morning commute.
