There’s a fine line across the US between the warm air and the cold air and in between we have the storm track. That storm track is JUST to our north right now so we happily reside on the warmer side of things until the pattern shakes itself up this weekend and especially next week when the jetstream is expected to buckle, helping to create a series of bigger storm systems.

Until then, enjoy! We’ll have cooler conditions settle in this weekend, but certainly manageable for early December! Our average high is in the low 40s and average low is in the upper 20s right now, just for reference!
