High pressure will slowly lose its grip on the Region over the next 24 hours as our next storm system approaches from the west. We’ll see increasing clouds later today and scattered rain chances beginning Friday into the day Saturday.
This system will be losing steam as it moves in and given our limited amount of instability the next 2 days–we’re not expected much more than rain with minimal chances for thunderstorms.
We should get this thing out of here for Sunday and Labor Day itself for any outdoor activities you have planned! Stay tuned!
