High pressure will settle into the Region over the next two days bringing lots of sunshine and seasonable temps in the 50s, although areas in and around the lake will be held in the 40s with a daily lake breeze.
We’ll see intervals of high clouds off a major winter storm that will impact the Rockies through the weekend:

Thankfully, we won’t see much of this system until late Sunday into the beginning of next week–and don’t worry, we’re not looking at a major snow for our part of the country although we could see a few flakes mixed in with some rain…we’ll focus more on this system this weekend.
