MARCH’S FIRST RAIN
Region dog owners have been happy as the muddy paws haven’t been AS bad so far this month. That’ll likely change though as a frontal boundary moves into the Region bringing several waves of showers Wednesday.
The rain will become more concentrated Thursday as the front moves through before sagging south Friday. In terms of rainfall, the heaviest rain will fall north and south of us, but we could still see amounts in the quarter to half inch range through Thursday night.

We’ll see gusty winds with this system as well with gusts over 30mph at times today and over 40 mph Wednesday into Thursday.
Temps will be balmy through Thursday before cooler air settles in behind the front to end the week.
