TODAY’S SEVERE THREATS:
The remnants of Cristobal will swirl through the Region bringing strong winds and the threat for a few thunderstorms.
Our strongest winds will occur after 2pm this afternoon through this evening as the center moves just to our west.
With the thick humidity and daytime heating, showers and thunderstorms will likely develop and while the severe threat isn’t huge, we have plenty of shear present in the atmosphere bringing us a small threat for tornadoes.
We’ll have updates as needed this afternoon!
