FOGGY START TODAY

Good Monday morning and happy Presidents’ Day! I know a lot of you are off today, but if you do have to head out and travel you’ll encounter some visibility issues. Dense fog has been widespread across Indiana and all over the eastern US (from Pennsylvania to Arkansas) as warm, moist air flows north over frozen ground and remaining snowpack. Our recent snow melt has left a lot of moisture in the atmosphere as well. We’ll see some improvement today with sun and high clouds breaking out–temps will respond nicely as they push into the low 60s this afternoon!
