IT’S HERE…
Good Monday morning to our Region Weather email family. We have a layer of ice on roadways from last night’s snow, the compaction from traffic, and the frigid temps. Very messy overnight so be careful if you’re heading out. The arctic air has arrived and we’re icy and frigid this morning with little improvement expected through the day. Our gusty morning winds will begin to back off later today, so there’s THAT, but our wind chill values will remain in the -5 to -15 degree range even with our afternoon sunshine. We’ll improve slightly tomorrow afternoon after another frigid start, but more cold air is on the way later this week into the upcoming weekend as we talked about in our broadcast last night. Just your daily reminder that Spring is 61 days away!
