WHAT’S NEXT?
We have a multi-day stretch with a bump in temps next week as our arctic intrusions relax for a few days. Temps will likely get back into the 40s and perhaps 50s a day or two. This doesn’t look to last long as more arctic cold, perhaps some of the coldest of the season, will build in western Canada and as we know…it’s only a matter of time once that happens. The first half of January–not too bad. The second half? Time will tell, but odds point towards colder with a stormier pattern.
