We hope you’re January is going well, er, late Fall. Wind chill values have pushed -20 this morning when the wind gusts and while we’ll see some improvement today, we’re still in store for a frigid day! Highs will push the lower 10s this afternoon with plenty of bright sun. The exception? The snowbelt where lake clouds and lake effect snow will linger. We have a lot of slick travel with snow covered roads from Porter into LaPorte Counties this morning–allow extra drive time if heading in those locations. Lake snow will gradually wind down with an additional inch or two at best before winds shift and allow us to start warming up this week!
