A Tornado Watch remains in effect for all of NWI in anticipation of this line of severe storms that will quickly move in from the southwest over the next few hours. This line is producing damaging winds and very heavy rain and we’ll obviously be keeping a close eye on it for any large hail/tornado potential as it moves through the Region. Arrival times–first up will be Newton and Lake counties in the next hour–then Porter and Jasper counties–and then LaPorte and Starke counties.
