The Weekend Forecast

Good morning to all our early-risers on this Saturday morning! Even if you’re a late rise, you deserve a good morning too and congrats on making it to the weekend–we have some rain in the forecast this weekend, but most of our Saturday will be on the drier side. The area of low pressure we’ve been talking about that will get “stuck” will be rotating to our south today, so most of the rain will be downstate. We’ll enjoy clouds and some sun with a breezy day. Highs will push into the upper 50s and perhaps low 60s if we get enough sun in spots. Tonight clouds will thicken up and the low will rotate our way Sunday bringing waves of showers and a chilly, breezy day with highs in the low 50s with the clouds and rain. We are not anticipating any severe weather or anything like that this weekend–just a cool, damp Sunday. We will not be chatting on our Sunday Evening Region Weather LIVE as we have an event–but we’ll pick it right back up next week! Enjoy the weekend everyone!
