12PM SUNDAY STORM UPDATE

Storms are firing in southern Illinois as expected on the leading edge of this surge of energy coming our way. We’ll be watching these storms over the next hour gain some strength as they push towards Indiana. We’re looking at an arrival window between 2-3pm CT (depending on how they evolve) with storms possible all the way through the 5pm hour (again, depending on how they evolve). Damaging winds are still the primary threat.
