SEVERE STORM POTENTIAL LATER TODAY

Good Wednesday morning everyone–we have a dynamic storm system moving in today with a blizzard from Minnesota to Kansas and a severe weather threat just miles east into Illinois and here at home. As we talked about last night in our broadcast, storms will fire in Illinois this afternoon and quickly roll northeast into northwest Indiana. Damaging winds, large hail, and the threat for a few tornadoes are the primary threats with today’s storms with timing expected in and around the evening commute. This is a day you’ll want to stay weather aware and have ways to get watches and warnings based on your location.
