LAKE SNOW EAST TODAY

Happy Thursday everyone, we’re almost to that weekend! An organized band of lake effect snow continues to track out of southwest lower Michigan this morning and will impact areas of LaPorte and St. Joseph counties throughout the day. These locations can expect anywhere from 2-6 inches of snow depending on where the band persists. For everyone else, we’ll have sunshine in our western counties with cold air in place we’ll try to get into the low 20s. Skies will clear out area-wide tonight with lows dropping back into the single digits. As we’ve been mentioning–warmer air is on the way with 30s this weekend and 40s next week!
