THE WEEKEND AHEAD

Happy Friday! We have a nice, quiet day in store with a mix of sunshine and intervals of clouds. Temps will get right up around the freezing mark at best. Attention then turns towards our next storm system that moves in on Saturday. Temps will be in the low 30s Saturday–that sweet spot where the precip just doesn’t know what to do. We’re expecting a wintry mix of snow and freezing rain to develop Saturday morning and midday before we’re expecting it to become a more of a wintry mix/rain combo during the afternoon. Everything should be quickly out of here by Saturday evening. Overall we’re not looking at a huge impact from this one, but slick travel is possible Saturday morning-afternoon on untreated surfaces–so a heads up! Sunday looks quiet with lingering clouds and temps on the chilly side. Enjoy the weekend!
