Good Monday morning everyone! Enjoy the briefly quiet weather today with highs in the low 40s! As we get ready to ring in the new year, we’ll have a new storm system moving in tonight into New Year’s Eve Day bringing more wind and rain. Rain will begin to mix with and then changeover to on and off snow showers to begin 2025 before a stretch of quiet, but colder weather kicks in. We’ll be keeping close tabs on next Sunday/Monday as we talked about in our broadcast last night. Depending on the track of this storm we could get some accumulating snow area-wide…still TBD. One thing that IS determined is that a shot of true arctic air is on the way next week!
