Our anticipated lake effect snow band will move into the Region over the next few hours as it continues its slow progression eastward. The band of snow has been rather disorganized with bursts of snow vs a consistent heavy snow. We’ll expect this trend to continue with on and off snow squalls possible in our northern counties this evening into tonight with light snow showers or flurries elsewhere. Anywhere from 2-4 inches can be expected from much of Lake County into Porter County over into La Porte County through tonight. We’re still expecting this band of snow to stay west of South Bend during the game!
