In terms of our weekend weather–rain is on the way to the Region with our next area of low pressure. There’s a good deal of wintry mix well to our west this morning, but we’re expecting just a cold rain for the Region. The rain will arrive this afternoon becoming widespread this evening into tonight. Rain will exit east tomorrow but we’ll be left with areas of drizzle and a few lingering light rain showers throughout the day Sunday. Temps are the bright spot this weekend as they stay above freezing and even get into the 40s Sunday. We take the wins where we can get them this time of year!
