BURSTS OF SNOW, TEMP DROP, AND STRONG WINDS
Here’s your heads up as you’re getting ready for your day tomorrow. We have a temp drop, strong winds, and some quick bursts of snow in the forecast as we chatted about on our broadcast Sunday evening. A powerful clipper system will surge through the Great Lakes tomorrow bringing gusty winds and bursts of snow through the Region tomorrow afternoon into the evening. We’ll also have a temp drop from the 30s into the 10s tomorrow evening and overnight. I’m not expecting much snow with this, but a quick coating to an inch is possible with the bursts of snow that accompany the arctic front itself. Tomorrow night into Thursday lake effect snow will be going in LaPorte County into SW lower Michigan and over towards South Bend. Several inches of snow are possible, especially in northeastern LaPorte County by Friday morning.
