Happy Thursday! Rain is on the way NWI–just not today. Showers and storms will blossom to our west later today with severe weather expected in the northern and central Plains. For us we’ll enjoy sunshine with late day high clouds with summery high temps in the upper 80s once again. We’ll be the recipients of leftover rain and rumbles early Friday with another potential round of brief rain in the afternoon before we dry out again. Our next round of rain arrives late Saturday through the beginning of next week as several waves of rain and rumbles are possible ahead of our well-advertised pattern change coming our way. More details on that in the days to come!
