Turning Breezy & Cooler Today

A strong low pressure and cold front for this time of year is working through the Region today and as the low heads to our southeast, it will create some gusty winds and drag cooler, drier air in across the lake. There is a large area of low stratus clouds that will move in for much of the day with periodic drizzle or light rain expected. Temps will start in the mid 70s but will likely fall back into the 60s later today. It should set us up for a very pleasant, windows-open kind of night with lows in the upper 50s and low 60s and a decent breeze–even at night!
