The milky white look to the sky the last few days will begin to turn more blue the next two days as wildfire smoke lofted in the atmosphere moves south. All of this smoke is from wildfires burning in the western US and we’ll likely be dealing with this on and off for the remainder of the summer months. Typically we don’t experience anything down here at the surface, but it gives that sky the whitish hue and makes sunsets a bit more vibrant.
