Our cold front is still west of us this morning and as a result, we’ll continue to deal with scattered rain chances through midday. We also run the risk of a few storms developing right over the Region along the cold front later this morning through midday–some of which may have gusty winds with them. There’s a low severe threat with them as well–something we’ll be keeping a close eye on. Once we get into the afternoon, our temps will begin to slide from the mid 50s into the 40s by evening as colder air and gusty winds move in. Temps will fall back below freezing for many tonight! The cold air is brief though as temps will gradually warm to end the week!
