It’s pea soup outside (as they say) with fog and rain moving in–but thankfully we’re not dealing with ice this morning. Temps are just above freezing and will hold in the mid 30s for the day with rain and fog sticking around. We do have a Flood Watch in effect because our ground is still mainly frozen and any rain in combination with the melting snow won’t absorb very well into the ground–so runoff will be an issue over the next few days.
