We’re on the backside of our week-long storm system now but a steady diet of rain continues to stream in from the northeast. Expect on and off rain to continue tonight after many locations (especially Newton and Jasper counties) have seen over an inch of rain today. This slow-mover will finally begin to push out of here during the day Friday with improving conditions expected as we head into the beginning of our weekend!
