Grab a good book or get ready for movie night–we have plenty of rain heading our way over the next few days. The bulk of that rain will fall later today into tonight as an area of low pressure swirls right over the Region. Temps will be warmest today as they push near 60. Winds will begin to pick up as well with gusts over 30 mph possible not just today but Saturday too as cooler air begins to rush in behind the low. Rain will become a bit more scattered Saturday and Sunday as we turn from “system rain” to “lake effect” rain–so we’ll get some nice breaks from the rain as we push forward to Sunday. Either way it will be a cool, windy, and rather raw weekend around here…
