It is downright refreshing today! Sun mixed with clouds and lower humidity is the name of the game as highs only push into the mid 70s. If you’re heading to the beach today you’ll want to stay out of the water–4 to 6 footers and a high risk of rip currents can be expected with this north wind. Also a big night for the Porter County Fair–perfect weather for you if you’re heading there. Temps will scale back into the 60s this evening.

For the weekend we’ll have pop-up storms, mainly during the afternoons both Saturday and Sunday. Most weekend hours will be dry, but, much like in Florida, many of us will see rain at some point during the afternoon/evening. Otherwise humidity builds back in slowly with highs in the 80s.
