A line of heavy rain continues to push south across southern Lake and Porter counties into Starke County as this swirling low pressure wraps up right over us. Expect this band of heavy rain to push into Lowell, DeMotte, Wheatfield, and North Judson over the next 30 minutes. Meanwhile, another band of heavy rain is pushing south off the lake into LaPorte County. This heavy rain will move back into northern Lake and Porter counties with another much-needed soaking of water. If you’re out and about, ponding of water on roadways and low visibility will be your biggest issues.
