Most of the Region is now officially in a drought as we’ve been upgraded to a “Moderate Drought” from the “Abnormally Dry” category we were in last week. Nearly 22% of the Hoosier state is now in drought and this extends across a good portion of the Great Lakes into the Midwest and central Plains. We do have rain on the way this weekend–especially late Saturday into Sunday!
